Create your AI agent

Click "Create My AI Agent" from your dashboard. Business name, greeting, hours — that's the core of it.

Paste your website URL and the AI auto-fills your services, hours, and greeting. Fastest path by far.

Pick a phone number

Choose a local number in your area code. Your AI starts answering it the moment the purchase completes.

Forward your existing line

Keep the number your customers know — turn on Call Forwarding in iPhone or Android Settings and paste your Relayra number. Then make a test call and you're live.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the AI actually say when someone calls?

The AI uses the greeting you wrote during setup. For example: "Thank you for calling Acme Plumbing. How can I help you today?" It then has a natural conversation based on the services and hours you provided. Callers often can't tell it's AI.

Can I forward my existing business number to Relayra?

Yes — that's the recommended setup. Keep your current number and turn on Call Forwarding in iPhone or Android Settings (paste your Relayra number). Dial codes are only needed when Settings is missing (often Verizon) or you want “missed calls only” on iPhone. The call-forwarding guide walks through it.

Can I test my AI before going live?

Yes! Every agent has a "Test My Agent" button on your dashboard that lets you talk to your AI in your browser using saved setup details. You can also call your number to test the full live-call path.

What happens if I use all my monthly minutes?

If you have backup minutes, those are used automatically. Backup credits never expire — they roll over month to month. You can buy more anytime from the "Minutes" page. If you run out of all credits, calls won't be answered by AI until your next billing cycle or a new credit purchase.

How do I get the call recordings and transcripts?

After every call, we automatically email you a summary with the transcript and a recording file attached. You can also view all past calls on your "Call History" page, where you can listen to recordings and read transcripts.

How does owner call transfer work?

Relayra can place the caller on hold, call your cell, explain who is calling, and let you say or press whether to transfer the call, take a message, or call the customer back later. If you do not answer, Relayra follows the fallback you set in agent settings.

Can I change the AI's voice?

Absolutely. We offer 41 natural-sounding AI voices. When creating or editing your agent, use the voice preview button to listen to each one and pick the voice that best represents your brand.

What if the AI can't answer a question?

The AI gracefully lets the caller know it will pass the message along. You'll still get the full transcript via email so you can follow up. The more information you provide during setup (services, hours, common questions), the better the AI handles calls.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No. You can cancel anytime with one click from your billing page. Monthly plans renew month to month. Annual plans save you 17% and renew yearly. No cancellation fees either way.

Can the AI book appointments or reservations?

Relayra can already route appointment requests into Calendly, a Google Calendar draft, or a custom webhook. For the fastest setup today, use Calendly. Fully automatic live-call booking and availability checking are being expanded, so the current flow is best described as request capture plus booking handoff.

Are calls recorded?

Relayra currently plays a universal disclosure before live call handling and then may record, transcribe, summarize, and analyze calls for service delivery, quality, training, support, and product improvement. Customers are still responsible for making sure their business use complies with the laws that apply to them.

How much does it cost?

$33.00/month per phone number, which includes 90 minutes of AI call time. Annual billing saves 17%. Need more minutes? Buy backup minute packs starting at $20 for 2 hours — those never expire.
