Relayra is an AI-powered phone receptionist service that:
Answers and manages phone calls using artificial intelligence
Records, transcribes, summarizes, and analyzes phone conversations and voicemails
Provides call summaries, transcripts, recordings, notes, notifications, and business insights
Offers customizable AI agents for different business needs
Supports optional call routing, owner assist, booking, calendar, webhook, notification, and integration workflows
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
3.2 Account Responsibilities
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities under your account
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Uses
You may use Relayra for:
Legitimate business communications
Customer service and support
Appointment scheduling and management
Information collection and routing
Call follow-up, lead capture, voicemail handling, and customer communication workflows
4.2 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use Relayra for:
Illegal activities or fraud
Harassment, spam, or abusive communications
Violation of any laws or regulations
Recording, monitoring, transcribing, or analyzing calls without legally required notice or consent
Using Relayra for highly regulated or sensitive communications unless you have confirmed your legal, compliance, and contractual obligations
Attempting to circumvent security measures
Reverse engineering or unauthorized access
Commercial use without proper licensing
5. Payment and Billing
5.1 Subscription Fees
Current standard pricing is $33.00/month per phone number with 90 included monthly minutes
Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
Prices may change with 30 days' notice
Additional usage charges may apply
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon subscription activation
Failed payments may result in service suspension
You authorize us to charge your payment method
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
6. Data and Privacy
6.1 Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your data
We process data to provide, secure, support, analyze, train, and improve our service as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy
Data is protected according to our Privacy Policy
You grant us the necessary rights and licenses to process your data, including call audio, recordings, transcripts, summaries, metadata, and AI agent configuration, for those purposes
6.2 Call Recordings, Transcripts, AI Analysis, and Review
Relayra may record, transcribe, summarize, and analyze calls and voicemails handled through the Service
Relayra may use automated systems, AI systems, and service providers to process calls, generate responses, produce transcripts and summaries, evaluate AI performance, and create insights for customer accounts
Authorized Relayra personnel may review recordings, transcripts, summaries, notes, metadata, and account configuration for service delivery, support, troubleshooting, safety, abuse prevention, quality assurance, training, and product improvement
Relayra does not sell call recordings, transcripts, summaries, or call content
Unless separately disclosed or agreed, Relayra does not use customer call content to train third-party foundation models
6.3 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
Access is restricted to authorized personnel and systems with a business need
Regular security audits and monitoring
6.4 Third-Party Processors
We use trusted subprocessors and infrastructure providers to deliver parts of the Service
These providers may include telephony, speech processing, hosting, and payment partners
These providers may process account information, call audio, transcripts, summaries, metadata, integration data, and payment information depending on the service they provide
We require contractual safeguards from providers that process personal data on our behalf
Subprocessor and provider relationships may change over time as we improve the Service
6.5 Customer Compliance Responsibilities
You are responsible for determining whether your use of Relayra is lawful in your jurisdiction
You are responsible for providing required call recording, transcription, monitoring, or AI disclosure notices to callers
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining legally required consents
You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for data you submit to the Service
You are responsible for making sure your AI agent configuration, greeting, instructions, disclosures, and business use comply with applicable law and your industry obligations
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
Relayra and all related technology are our property
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software
All trademarks and logos are our property
You may not use our intellectual property without permission
7.2 Your Rights
You retain rights to your content and data
You grant us license to process your data for service provision, support, security, quality assurance, training, analytics, and product improvement as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy
You may not claim ownership of our technology
Feedback and suggestions may be used by us
8. Service Availability
8.1 Uptime Commitment
We strive for 99.9% uptime availability
Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
We are not liable for service interruptions
8.2 Service Modifications
We may modify or discontinue features
Changes will be communicated to users
Material changes require 30 days' notice
You may cancel if you disagree with changes
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 Limitation of Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Catamist LLC, d/b/a Relayra and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Content you submit or transmit through the Service
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
No refunds for unused time
Data will be retained according to our retention policy
11.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations
We may discontinue service with 30 days' notice
Immediate termination for serious violations
Data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
