Keep the number your customers already know — or share your Relayra number instead. Forwarding is the usual launch move for contractors and trades; it’s not a jail cell.
After you buy a number, it appears here automatically. Sign in after purchase to see it filled in.
Default: send every call to Relayra (what Apple & Google document). Change below if you still want your phone to ring first.
On your iPhone: Settings → Apps → Phone → Call Forwarding (on older iOS: Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding).
Enable Call Forwarding, tap Forward To, and enter your Relayra number. You must have cellular signal when you set this.
Open the Phone app dialer and call this code:
**61*your number#Dial:
*71your numberSettings → Phone → Live Voicemail → Off. Otherwise iOS answers on-device and missed-call forwarding never fires.
Phone app → ⋮ → Settings → Calls → Call forwarding (Samsung: Settings → Supplementary services → Call forwarding).
Enter your Relayra number and confirm.
Phone app → ⋮ → Settings → Calls → Call forwarding.
Point each to your Relayra number. Leave Always forward off so your phone still rings.
Automatic Call Screen answers on-device and blocks missed-call forwarding. Phone → Settings → Spam and Call Screen → Call Screen → manual.
Use these when Settings doesn’t show Call Forwarding, the menu errors out, or you prefer dialing a code. The gray your number slot is a placeholder — not a real number to dial.
Relayra doesn’t control carrier forwarding — we’re the destination number. If a code fails, your carrier’s “call forwarding” help page is the source of truth.
From another phone, call your business number (the one customers dial — not the Relayra number unless that’s also your public line). Relayra should answer with your greeting, and you should get a summary after you hang up.

Forwarding replaces carrier voicemail as the missed-call destination. Re-check the Settings toggle or re-dial the code. On iPhone, turn off Live Voicemail (Settings → Phone → Live Voicemail) — it answers on the device before the carrier can forward.
Settings may be missing or broken on some carriers (especially Verizon). Use the dial-code section above — Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile are all listed. Apple’s guide also notes some networks may need carrier setup.
Call forwarding itself is included on virtually all US plans. Forwarded calls use plan minutes like a normal outgoing call — with unlimited plans, no extra cost.
iPhone: Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding → Off. Android: turn off the forwarding options you enabled. Dial codes: *73 (Verizon / most landlines) or ##002# (AT&T / T-Mobile).
Relayra provides a US DID destination. Customers enable standard unconditional or conditional call forwarding on their existing line to that DID. We don’t provision carrier CFNRy/CFB features remotely — the customer’s carrier owns that configuration.
